![]() I have categories like food, fuel, birthdays, toiletries etc and I absolutely love the simplicity of it. I put in all the set monthly bills/direct debits as one amount per month and then I can use all the other categories for the spending that varies so I can keep control of it. This was absolutely perfect and I am able to keep a track of all my spending and make sure I don’t spend too much in certain areas. I searched for a while because most budgeting apps were much too complicated for my needs. I just wanted somewhere that I could record what I spending at the time I was spending it so that I didn’t forget to record it later. Moreover, the developer answers my queries within a few days. This app REALLY EXCELS IN THIS AREA, making it easy to set them all up, all colour-coded & the expense and income categories amended were necessary PLUS the ability to view them on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis - This saves me having to set up a sophisticated EXCEL Spreadsheet or even a Pie-Chart, as this app does it all. However for me the beauty of this app is that it solves something that's a bit of a headache for me: working out what direct debits and standing orders go out from my account on a weekly basis, as well as some of the income, which though small I get on a regular basis. I have another app, which I use for my day-to-day inputting of transactions, though this app can easily do that. It's very easy to set up your regular transactions. The app is very well laid out, easy to follow with extra help available when you press on the "i" icon (i.e. I believe paid about an extra £2.99 (very small price to pay: ?Price of a Cappuccino) to enable me to have the "recurring/repeating transactions" function, which I highly value. ![]() The Pro Version of the Spending Tracker comes highly recommended by me. Wow! What a lovely review to read - you have really put a smile on our faces - thank you! We are so pleased to hear that the app has worked well for you over the years. I will continue to use this in my daily life for years to come and will likely teach my son how to use this app and track his finances (if this app is still around! Hopefully it is haha) I have used this to help save money, move and work abroad (+ managing finances there), and now in my daily life as a renter to keep on top of bills, savings, food budget, spending amounts, so my money within one bank account is almost set up as little “pockets” of money as separate accounts within the app. I would recommend the pro version it only cost a couple of quid one off payment and the features are well worth it. You will never be wrong about how much money you actually have due to pending amounts due to come out etc and it’s easy to keep on top of your balance as long as you make it a habit to enter everything as and when you spend. If you get into this habit it makes life so easy to keep on top of your finances. ![]() Takes a bit of discipline, but everyone has a smartphone on them 24/7 so it’s not hard to just go into the app and add a spend or any incoming money. easy visualisation of where your money goesīasic app, but 5* app and essential to my daily lifeīeen using this for over 7 year. choose a quality icon for each category editable spending and income categories export transactions (Pro Upgrade required) repeat transactions daily, weekly or monthly (Pro Upgrade required) time travel backwards and forwards in time overview of your current spending progress carry over any remaining budget to the next period optionally set a fixed budget amount to help you meet your spending targets choose to track Weekly, Monthly or Yearly ![]() helps you track your spending quickly and easily So give it a try and have instant control over your spending!
